3. Third-party content
This site loads web fonts from Google Fonts and stock photography from Unsplash. Loading these resources involves your browser making a direct request to Google's and Unsplash's servers, which log standard technical information (such as your IP address) as part of normal web delivery, under their own privacy terms (fonts.google.com and unsplash.com). These requests do not set tracking cookies.
If you use the online booking widget, it loads content directly from Google Calendar, which may set its own cookies under Google's privacy terms — these aren't controlled by us and aren't covered by the analytics consent choice above, since they're necessary for the booking tool itself to function.
Submitting the contact form sends your entry to Netlify's form-processing service; this is a one-off data submission, not a cookie.
4. How to control cookies
You can change your analytics choice at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site (which will bring the cookie banner back), or by adjusting cookie permissions directly in your browser settings, which let you view, block, or delete cookies. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect how the site functions.
5. Changes to this policy
If we introduce analytics, marketing tools, or other cookie-setting features in future, we will update this policy accordingly and, where required, implement a cookie consent mechanism before those cookies are set.
